How long will it take to receive my order?
All of our bows and bow ties are handmade and orders are completed in the order in which they were received. Orders may take up to 3 weeks to ship, but will often ship prior to the 3-week mark. We ship first class USPS and shipping generally takes 3-5 days. All shipping estimates are approximate and not guarantees. If you need bows by a specific date before the 3-week mark, please email email@example.com to see if we can accommodate your request.
Why does it take so long to ship my bows?
ALL bows and bow ties are completely handmade by me (Brandi) and my husband. Jeremy cuts all of the bows out and then I sew and assemble them. Items are handmade to order to allow the customization option of a headband or clip. We try to work as quickly as possible without sacrificing the quality of your handmade items.
Do you offer combined shipping?
We will do our best to accommodate requests to combine multiple orders. However, due to the volume of orders we receive, we may not be able to combine them.
Are your clips reversible?
They sure are! All you need to do is remove the clip, and re-insert it in the opposite direction under the center of the bow.
How can I clean my bows?
We recommend spot cleaning only. Using a small brush (like a toothbrush!), gently scrub the stain with water and a drop of detergent. Rinse the area to remove the detergent, reshape the bow, and lay flat to dry.
Do you offer coupons or discounts?
We offer free domestic shipping on order over $50--no code needed! We occasionally offer discounts and those items will be found in the "SALE" section. Follow us on Instagram to stay up to date on the latest sales and promotions.

Do you smoke or have pets?
All bows and bow ties are crafted in our home shop which is a completely SMOKE FREE environment. We do have one dog, a chocolate lab, who does not ever come in our shop, which is on a separate level of our home. We take care in making sure that the fabric and bows are not exposed to her.
My order says it has been delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?
Unfortunately, we are only able to see the same USPS tracking info as is available to you. If you have questions about an order marked "delivered" but not received, please contact your local postmaster or call 1-800-ASK-USPS for additional information.
My bow fell apart. What do I do?
All of our bows and bow ties are 100% guaranteed. If your bow or bow tie comes apart, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any issues, so we can take care of the problem!
